Testimony – Healed from Kidney Stone

Dear friends,

In 2013, I suffered from Kidney stone. Heated pain increased at 2 am in the morning. Rode my vehicle to a nearby hospital but ended up with a prescription and a painkiller injection. With tears in my eyes, I prayed to Father in Heaven that this should not be a something serious issue with health. The prescription said to do a scan for kidney stones. The next day I did the same and the doctor confirmed it is 6 stones to the left and 6 to the right with 5 to 6 mm in size. I used the word of God from Matthew 21:21 and said as Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. I am healed not because of my faith but because of God plan. He healed me to be a testimony. The same day the pain disappeared. We are closing this year and are moving forward to 2020 and I am still healed to be His testimony. Glory to God and Amen.

Testimony – Healed from Blood Clot in the Brain

Healed from Blood Clot in the Brain

Dear friend, I was in my school days and a friend approached us for a person by name Franklin. He was in Coma for few days because of the blood clot in the brain. God healed him and he is a living testimony for Christ in the city of Bangalore after prayer. Please do not forget to pray because God heals even today.

“Prayer is your tool – Be a Man of Prayer”

“1 For the director of music. Of David. A psalm. My God, whom I praise, do not remain silent, 2 for people who are wicked and deceitful have opened their mouths against me; they have spoken against me with lying tongues. 3 With words of hatred they surround me; they attack me without cause. 4 In return for my friendship they accuse me, but I am a man of prayer – Psa 109:1-4”

This Psalm is called Imprecatory Psalm and is also considered as a voice that has strong cursed feeling on their enemies. We can take an example of Peter in the book of Acts 1:20, he says let the place of Judas be deserted because he betrayed Jesus Christ, and no one should dwell in there. This is the feeling David has here. God’s people return good for evil, people return good for good and evil for evil and it is only the satan’s crowd return evil for good. This is what David and Peter says, here. David’s psalm is a pictorial representation of Jesus Christ statements on the Cross, He said, Father please forgive them because they don’t know what they are doing. David was a powerful king and his servants just waited for David’s command. David could have hunted and killed his enemies with one command, that was the power of his authority. People around him were outwardly religious, he knew who the black sheep was but still loved them. They accused him at his back and had a smiling face. It is like a person who sends a smiley face on a WhatsApp message with hated heart. Some even tried to kill him. We are unsure if this psalm was written when his son Absalom or King Saul tried to kill him. However, through-out his life David did not forget one thing in his life. He prayed without fail. He uses biblical references in prayer from Exodus 23:6 & Deu 19:15 to express his sadness.

Exodus 23:6 – “Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits”

for justice and

Deu 19:15 – “One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”

Because no one who stood for him and everyone who receive help from him accused him. Paul writes do not repay anyone evil for evil but overcome evil by good.

Romans 12:17-21 – 17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. 18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

David did the same, He did not have someone for counsel or neither looked for someone to share what he was going through. We are unsure if David wanted to keep this feeling confidential and though he had many counselor’s he did not approach anyone. He walks straight into God’s presence and kneels down in prayer. He understood prayer was an answer for the feeling he was going through. Are you going through situation like this? You might go through a pain that keeps you weeping. You might be looking for an unsolved problem in life. No matter what that is. Go to the Lord in prayer and it is a wonderful tool to get an answer for your questions. We handle tools every moment and we depend on it. To work we have a tool, example software engineer needs laptop, internet and applications as a tool. Sweeper needs the broom, to sleep we need the cot, bed and pillow. To eat we need plates, spoons and fork to serves food. Spiritually, prayer is our tool to solve issues that we are going through. David says, many accuse me and speak false about me but I will be a Man of Prayer.

Be a Man or Women of Prayer and be God’s testimony.

Prayer is like going to the provision store of God

From Prayer Assistant Book

1 Thessalonians 5:17 – “Pray without ceasing”

He gives us everything when we talk to Him and tell Him the situations you and I go through. Just like you go to the store to buy what you need, go to the Lord in prayer to get what you need. The storehouse of God is filled with abundant overflowing blessings and these are not curses but blessings. When you go to the Lord asking Him curses, he will not provide it because it is not there in His store. He is not a provider of curses because He owns blessings. When your prayer is not answered then understand, what you have asked was a curse. Go to the Lord in prayer and do not cease to pray. This is what was Paul’s intent. Do not forget to pray! Pray every day, that is what it means. Provision of our life is present with God, in His place. So, go to the prayer store every day. Staying in the store for a long time is good but coming out without purchasing anything doesn’t look good. Hours in prayer is good, walking out without an answer is bad.

From our Hearts……

Dear Children of God,

Greetings from Gospel India Evangelical Revolution Ministries (Bangalore) and we thank you for your valuable time.

“gierms – Gospel India Evangelical Ministries” serves God’s mission from 21st Oct 2012 to build the Church of God on all verticals. We believe in Matthew 28:18-20 the Great Commission as our work on earth that has to be carried out in all ways only with the power of the Holy Ghost to present the gospel to the people living in darkness.

With the vision and mission, we obey Matthew 10:8 as our highest priority and evangelize by walking the streets and by visiting house to house. We witness people and welcome unsaved to receive Christ as their Savior. Strengthen us and build the Churches by joining us in Prayer. We are dedicated to build Churches in the City and Villages and support Pastors all over Karnataka State the Kannada Speaking people and Tamil Nadu – the Tamil State. Please pray so that no satanic plans should hinder the mission of God. We have prayed with God’s promise from “Matthew 16:18 – And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Please write to us and we will be glad to know there is someone praying for us to fulfill the vision of God.

Pray without ceasing – 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Why do this?

  • We are here to build “Prayer Network”.
  • To fulfill God’s Vision and Mission.

Teaching & Training

Helping the churches for its growth has been our passion. People die without the actual knowledge of God. Missing their purposes in life. Today’s Churches are good at basic doctrines but there are who still stumble and are weak in building more Churches for God. Ministers of God in India stumble more than the believers. Some carried away with wrong teachings which has led to different denominations and differences. In Galatians 1:6 – “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel”. The world is turning to a different gospel these days. Making efforts to save the maximum by our training is our vision. Which will be done by teaching and training the churches in being active in ministries that related to children, teens, youths and families. Get along with us if you need the same.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are we blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal? – We are here again to fulfill the “Great Commission of God”
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about? – You will find God’s word and a healthy Prayer Thoughts.
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog? – This place is for everyone who are in need of prayer.
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished? – Prayer Network

What is a valid prayer?

Disciples at the time of persecution
  1. When we pray to those who persecute us, the prayer is a valid prayer.

Matthew 5:44 – But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

It is very hard for us to pray for those who persecute us. We fail because we don’t give ourselves to the control of the Holy Spirit. We fail to learn from the God’s word practice. Bible says be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect. How is it possible? Can we really do it. Do we have an example? Yes, Prophet Ezra is our example and then Jesus. They studied, practiced and preached the law (Ezra 7:10) and Jesus, He did it all. It is hard and difficult, but it is a must do assignment. It is easy to pray for country’s salvation, people’s salvation, healing, deliverance and people who are possessed by the evil spirit. Praying for those who persecute us is difficult. The evil world knows, if we pray for them there will be a great revival in the city and country. Unlike Paul, if a persecutor receives Jesus Christ as Savior then there is revival. Having this in mind satan blinds us to this prayer. He makes our heart so hard that we don’t pray for them. Jesus was focused, He always fought the battle. He was ceaseless in prayer even on the cross. He prayed for the one who was with him on the cross. Even on the cross, the gospel was preached, and salvation invitation was given. The person died after receiving Jesus as Savior.

Pray for those who persecute us. If you pray for them then this is prayer is valid. God will listen these prayers and will heal the land.

2. Our prayer is valid, when we don’t do it for fame?

Hypocrite’s prayer

Matthew 6:5 – “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.”

Many misinterpret the word hypocrite. To give it a clear meaning, I would like to use take an example of theatre actors or movie actors. They act in movies and dramas for fame. Even money doesn’t matter to them because more than money fame is important. Anonymous communist said, “Actors don’t go behind money because money goes behind fame and they do anything to get fame”. These actors prefer, accept and imitate any character for fame. They act as super heroes for fame but cannot be one. Let it be any character like super hero, romantic hero in fact most movies are savior of mankind. They do it because the wanted name and fame. It fits a believer because he pretends to be good before people. That is the hypocrite word used by Jesus here. They prayed to be recognized by the synagogues and the community. They did not understand prayer was talking to God. Telling Him, Father we have people who are lost in the world. The purpose of prayer was lost, and they use it for their benefits. They were seeking praying opportunities for their pride.

Proverbs 16:5 says, The Lord hates the proud heart and they will surely be punished. Praying is our role and responsibility because people are dying in sin. We must use prayer time and talk to God to save His children in sin.

Proverbs 16:5 – “The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.”

James 4:6 tells, God gives favor to those who are humble and opposes the proud.

James 4:6 – “But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.””

Pray not like a hypocrite but in truth and spirit. Valid prayers are prayed in spirit and in truth. When a person is finding hard to do church prayer in truth and in spirit it is then he/she should go into the room, close the door and pray to the Father in heaven. This is when one cannot control to pray for fame.

Matthew 6:6 – But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

The message to us through these verses are, pray in the crowd in truth and prayer or go to the room, close the door and pray. Your prayer will be a valid prayer. Never try to pray to gain name, fame and money.

3. Valid prayers are confident, simple, short and sweet – Do not babble like pagans.

Matthew 6:7 – And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

Jesus, His disciples and anyone in the bible did not pray like pagans. Why did Jesus say such words? Did we have people praying like them? What was happening, when Jesus spoke these words? Or Was it a prophetical statement for us? Jesus said this because they were pagan worshippers receiving Jesus Christ as their Savior and to make their faith strong in the Lord. Praying to Lord was important because they did not know how to pray even the disciples did not know how to pray. One kind of prayer people have seen is the way the pagans prayed to the baals and without image they will not trust that there is a creator. 1 Kings 18:26 to 29 is a good example.

1 Kings 18:26-29 – “26. So they took the bull given them and prepared it. Then they called on the name of Baal from morning till noon. “Baal, answer us!” they shouted. But there was no response; no one answered. And they danced around the altar they had made. 27 At noon Elijah began to taunt them. “Shout louder!” he said. “Surely he is a god! Perhaps he is deep in thought, or busy, or traveling. Maybe he is sleeping and must be awakened.” 28 So they shouted louder and slashed themselves with swords and spears, as was their custom, until their blood flowed. 29 Midday passed, and they continued their frantic prophesying until the time for the evening sacrifice. But there was no response, no one answered, no one paid attention.”

Another example will be from the book of Ecclesiastes 5:2, 3 and 7 because Jesus doesn’t want people to have a disturbed mind in prayer.

Ecc 5:7 – Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few.

Ecc 5:8 – A dream comes when there are many cares, and many words mark the speech of a fool.

Ecc 5:7 – Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God.

Let us go back to Elijah’s prayer

1 Kings 18:36-39 – “36 At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: “LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. 37 Answer me, LORD, answer me, so these people will know that you, LORD, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.” 38 Then the fire of the LORD fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench. 39 When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, “The LORD—he is God! The LORD—he is God!”

Strong in faith, with confidence that God will surely answer his prayers. He moves a step forward and prays to the Lord our God in heaven. We see the fire of the Lord licked up the water and the trench.

What matters in prayer is? Do not repeat unwanted words and be sure, strong in faith that He the creator is present to do miracles for us. He will save us when we pray. This is another valid prayer.
